But it’s also really hard to feel like you’re sitting on the sidelines of your own life.

It’s not easy to overcome patterns that have started to overtake your mind and life. Especially when you try to do it alone.

Here you’ll find a unique, individualized approach that guides you through a clearly defined roadmap that will help you to redefine what constitutes a good day-without it being dependent on your food choices or the number you see on the scale.

CLIENT-CENTERED APPROACH

In many ways, I am not your typical dietitian. If you are looking for the food police, someone to give you a number of calories to shoot for, or to tell you all the things you’re doing “wrong” with your eating, you won’t find that here.

I practice exclusively with a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach. I believe your body is your most powerful ally in creating your best health. Our work together is based on connecting you with your body and helping you to become the expert of your own body again so you can trust yourself to make eating decisions no matter the environment. You have what it takes, we just need to help you and your body to trust each other again.

  • INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

    Individual and family nutrition counseling to support recovery from disordered eating, all eating disorders, and chronic dieting. Here you can get the help you need including navigating transitions(i.e. returning home from higher level of care), meal support, talk nutrition therapy, and supported food exposures.

    Here you can also find guidance on how best to support nutrition for sports nutrition, PCOS, gastrointestinal disorders, and difficulties you may be experiencing with your kids’ eating patterns.

  • INTUITIVE EATING SUPPORT GROUPS

    Healing our relationship with food can often feel like swimming against a swift current, but connecting with other people on a similar journey can make all the difference.

    Healing occurs through connection and whether it is healing as an individual or wanting to make sure the next generation doesn’t have the same struggles as you once did these groups can provide an avenue to support each other towards living our best lives.
