Intuitive Eating Support Groups

Intuitive Eating/Emotional Eating:

This 12-week small group coaching experience will give you the tools and skills you need to heal your relationship with food and your body, ditch dieting for good, get back to trusting yourself around food AND enjoying the foods you actually like!

Cost: $300 +Intuitive Eating Workbook (*ask about insurance coverage)

Sessions will run Wednesdays 8-9 am(in-person) or Wednesdays 12-1 pm(virtually) starting the week of August 21st.

Intuitive Eating/Emotional Eating for Healthcare Professionals:

This is a 12-week group coaching experience specific to healthcare professionals to help you heal your relationship with food and your body, ditch dieting for good, get back to trusting yourself around food, and have more tools to support you and your clients in feeling your best!

In addition to learning Intuitive Eating principles the following topics will be covered:

-How to Coach Clients Who Still Want to Lose Weight

-Understanding the Impact of Nervous System Dysregulation on Eating Disorders as Defense and Attachment Systems

-Incorporating Food Exposure Work into Therapy Sessions

-Raising Intuitive Eaters & Body Positive Teens/Working with Families

Cost: $500 +Intuitive Eating Workbook

Sessions will run Friday’s 12-1 pm virtually starting the week of August 21st.

Raising Intuitive Eaters and Body Positive Kids:

This 6-week small group coaching experience focuses on strategies and tools you can use to empower your kids to eat intuitively, become life-long movers and develop a healthy relationship with food and their body. You will also learn how to feed your child without the mealtime battles and demands for cookies and snacks. Learn the tactics you need to never have to argue about food with your child at a party or store again!

Cost: $150

Sessions will run Thursdays 9-10 am(in-person) starting the week of August 21st.
